Perfect 10 by December 2002 We all have work together for half a year. We are having a fun-filled and successful term in D’U Advanced. Time is always the essence of any event that happens during the year. We all have lived through our theme of “Come Together.” The members’ promises to move the club to greater heights has been very successful. We all worked very hard to achieve our dream for the 10 perfect Distinguished Club Point by December 1, 2002. So far, we achieved 9.5 out of 10 DCP. All these are the effort of all the committed members, and the Executive Committees. They had promised to do their assignments and worked very hard in getting new members for the club. I must say they all contributed a lot. The final .5 goal will depend on the Executive Committee to attend the Club Officers Training on December 1, 2002. Our LGET, Ho Fong Ming, DTM will be personally training our Exco. We are honored to have recruited our distinguished District Governor, John Lau, DTM and LGM, Gea Ban Peng, DTM as our members. This is really the first time in the history of DU Advanced that we had recruited the top 3 District Officers in our club. We also have almost all the past and present Division C Governor in our club. We have G. Subramaniam, DTM, late Wu Tze Sing, DTM, Low Yat Seow, DTM, Dr William Lau, DTM and also our present Division C Governor, Kiang Faang Pyng, ATMS. DU Advanced will grow further with all the great leaders joining us and guiding us along the path of success. DU Advanced is always a resource center for Division C and Division W members and clubs. The reason of setting up the website is for members to view and obtain information. We invite members to provide constructive feedback for improvement in our club meetings and also to suggest ideas for new resources for the club. All the money that the club raised are well spent for members progress. So, members help the club in raising fund which in turn benefits the members and also the club. Members support is crucial to the success of the club. That is why members are encouraged to participate in club activities. We will definitely celebrate our club’s achievement on December 1, 2002. We will make it 10/10 DCP. It has all been planned out. Executive Committee has made the commitment to come for the training. Thank you for your support.
